Creating Home Where Dignity Meets Comfort
Twilight Nest began with a simple belief: that later years deserve warmth, respect, and beauty. We are honored to provide residential care in Pattaya where every evening brings peaceful moments.
Return HomeOur Story
Twilight Nest was founded in 2019 by a group of healthcare professionals and family members who had witnessed the challenges of finding compassionate, non-medical residential care in the Pattaya area. We saw too many elderly individuals placed in environments that felt institutional rather than homelike, where schedules took precedence over personal rhythms and where the beauty of later years was often overlooked.
We chose our location in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung carefully—close enough to Pattaya's amenities and healthcare facilities, yet surrounded by quiet streets and tropical gardens that allow for peaceful daily life. The coastal climate, with its warm days and gentle evening breezes, creates an environment where outdoor time and garden walks can be enjoyed year-round.
The concept of lantern-lit garden paths emerged from our founding vision. We wanted residents to experience the simple beauty of evening walks along illuminated paths, where the transition from day to night feels gentle rather than abrupt. This became more than a design choice—it represents our philosophy that each day's close should bring peace rather than isolation.
Today, Twilight Nest serves as home to elderly residents from various backgrounds. Some come from Pattaya itself, while others have relocated from other parts of Thailand or from abroad to be near family in the area. What unites our residents is not their background but their shared appreciation for a home-like setting where individual preferences are honored and where companionship is available without being imposed.

Our Care Standards
We maintain thoughtful protocols and practices to ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of every resident. While we are a non-medical facility, we coordinate with local healthcare providers as needed.
Staff Training & Background
All care staff complete background checks and receive ongoing training in elder care practices, emergency response, and respectful communication. We maintain low staff-to-resident ratios to ensure personalized attention.
Health Coordination
We work with nearby clinics and hospitals in Pattaya to coordinate medical appointments, routine checkups, and specialized care as needed. Families are kept informed of all health-related matters.
Nutrition & Dietary Care
Our kitchen staff prepares meals using fresh ingredients, with menus adapted for individual dietary needs, cultural preferences, and texture modifications. We track nutritional intake and hydration carefully.
Safety & Accessibility
Our facility includes handrails, non-slip surfaces, emergency call systems, and well-lit pathways. Gardens are designed for safe mobility with benches placed at regular intervals along walking paths.
Privacy & Dignity
We respect each resident's privacy and personal boundaries. Care is provided with dignity, and personal information is handled according to Thai privacy regulations. Residents maintain control over their daily choices.
Family Communication
We maintain open communication with families through regular updates, scheduled calls, and welcome visits. Monthly family meetings allow for feedback and discussion of care plans and activities.
Our Values & Philosophy
Honoring Individual Rhythms
We recognize that people have different energy patterns, preferences, and comfort levels throughout their day. Our routines provide structure without rigidity, allowing residents to participate in activities when they feel inclined and to rest when needed. Morning people and evening people both find their rhythm here.
Creating Beauty in Daily Life
From lantern-lit evening paths to thoughtfully prepared meals, we believe that beauty enriches daily life at any age. Small moments—a sunset viewed from the terrace, seasonal flowers in the dining area, the sound of wind chimes in the garden—contribute to an environment that feels like home rather than an institution.
Respecting Choice & Autonomy
Residents maintain decision-making in their daily lives. From meal choices to activity participation to visiting hours, we support autonomy within the safe framework of residential care. Families remain partners in care planning, and resident preferences guide our approach to support.
Fostering Meaningful Connection
Companionship takes many forms here. Some residents enjoy group activities and evening gatherings, while others prefer quiet conversations or time with family during visits. Our staff provides consistent, kind presence, and we create opportunities for residents to connect with each other at their own comfort level.
